RFPaaS ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-accelerated RFP response consulting services through AiStormCloud. Our services include AI-assisted drafting, expert review, and proposal optimization.

2. Engagement Process

All engagements follow our standard process:

• Discovery call to understand your requirements
• Mutual NDA execution before any document sharing
• Secure document transfer and AI-accelerated drafting
• Expert review and final delivery

3. Confidentiality

All RFP materials shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. We execute NDAs before any document sharing and maintain enterprise-grade security throughout the engagement.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined based on RFP complexity and timeline. Rush fees (+50%) apply for urgent deadlines. Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.

5. Deliverables

We deliver comprehensive RFP responses including AI-generated drafts, expert-reviewed content, and compliance verification. All deliverables become your property upon final payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee RFP win outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
